Background sky was so bright, that first I could barely see the ring figure. This nebula is very bright as I could easily see it even the weather was B.A.D. Always when I have observed M57, I have seen a slight ellipticity in there. This was the case this time also, as you can see in my sketch (it just took a while to see) What I have not seen yet is the central star, but It is only a matter of time...
